We negotiate with suppliers on your behalf to get you the best pricing and the lowest minimums. Whether you’re looking for great quality, sustainable and eco-friendly materials, innovative fabric finishes, or beautiful laces and hardware, we have you covered.
DESIGN FLATS AND RENDERINGS
Show us your rough sketches and we will turn them into technical design flats that can be used for line sheets and tech packs. Want something more stylized? We’ll render your garments digitally or by hand so you can see your line come to life with colors, prints and graphics.
PRINTS AND GRAPHICS
We create custom prints and graphics and connect you with the appropriate suppliers for your printing needs.
LINE MERCHANDISING
We work with our clients to make sure your line is both diverse in styling and cohesive.
TECH PACKS
We build detailed tech packs that ensure you are getting realistic estimates and are manufacturing consistent product. Not all tech packs are created equally. Ours include detailed construction notes, bill of materials, spec sheets, point of measure diagram, cutter’s must, label placement and comprehensive images to ensure your product specifications are accurately followed during production.
DEVELOPMENT
PATTERNMAKING
We draft or revise your pattern according to your design intent. We advise on changes that you could make to result in better fabric yield or to reduce cost in production.
SAMPLE MAKING
Do you know the difference between a prototype, fit sample, PP sample and TOP sample? There are many types of samples that you will need throughout product development. We make sure you are getting the samples you need, when you need them.
TECHNICAL DESIGN
Clear and well thought out technical designs will streamline effective communication to sample makers and factories. We build comprehensive tech packs to provide a blueprint for your manufacturer. Our spec sheets are made with illustrated points of measure diagrams for consistent sizing.
GARMENT FITTING
Great fit is extremely important. We conduct professional fit sessions on live models until your product is fit approved. Our team of experienced designers troubleshoot any problem areas, so that you deliver a well-fitting product that looks great. Once you move into production, we review pre-production and top of production samples to ensure your bulk orders follow your fit approval.
SIZE GRADING
Once your garment is fit approved, our team establishes grade rules and graded specs that work for your product and target customer.
